Oy Klippan Ab has 60 years of experience in seatbelt (1959) and child seat (1967) production. The company is located in Vantaa, Hakkila district.
We have Finland's only a crash rig, which gives us the opportunity to test and develop products. The crash rig has been a prerequisite for the continuous development. The track is also widely used by external companies. Klippan has cooperation with i.a. the technology research center VTT.
The production capacity in Vantaa is around 50 000 child safety seats per year. Most of the production is exported.
We focus on KLIPPAN safety products that are designed for cars, work, home and leisure time, as well as customers' special products and test- and development needs.
The number of employees in year 2020 is 14 and the turnover is around EUR 4 million. Our company has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 quality certifications

Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods used at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is presented.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out of stock in the shopping cart and we will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
Return policy
Right of exchange and return
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Fill in, print and attach the form in the return package and deliver the package to the nearest postal office. Once the return has been received and approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.

Unredeemed package
Non-redemption is not the same thing as return or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery cost.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
